Structural Inspection

We inspect the foundation for visible defects such as cracking, bowing, deterioration of materials, water penetration, and signs of shifting or movement.

A wall surface can tell a lot about what is going on behind, underneath, or up above.! A good example is a surface imperfection, like a crack that signals the house may have moved.

We make note of uneven, unlevel, and sagging surfaces which may need further investigation.

Is there damage to the wood, cracked concrete, or metal corrosion? If so, that is a sign of deterioration.
